Air operated diaphragm pumps


The flow meter of Techni Flow are a new technology and available in different materials which are chemical compatibel with different liquids:
Polyropylen for a big part of chemical fluids, PVDF for concentrated acids (nitric acid) or liquids on chlorine basis (chlorine water). Furthermore the flow meters in steel-alloy are utilized in the ATEX-zone for inflammable liquids.

In our product range of flw meters for drum pumps of you find a version with integrated interruper, controlled by a counter function with preselection of the flow.

The flow meter with flow controller allows the motor regulation directly by initiation.
Due to this technic the motor type and valve are selectible for the required application.

The flow meter of Techni-Flow is utilized also with other pump technologies, for exemple with peristaltic pumps,
air operated diaphragm pumps (reference TFG025, TFG100 or TFG200). For ideal pump results you should applicate
a pulsation damper, to minimise the natural pulsations of the diaphragm pumps.

Application possibilities:
- dosage of hydrochloric acid for barrels of 1.000 l and more for the water treatment in public swimming ppols
- dosage of nitric acid and natron in the food industry, for the cleaning of installations (NEP/CIP)
- dosage of chemical liquids with a barrel size of 200 l and more for the treatment of industrial waster water in purification plants
- dosage of chemical liquids in the surface treatment industry, barrel size 25 l - 1.000 l
